We were born out of a passion to see greater value delivered by better equipped leadership teams and more productive resilient leaders maximising the benefits of strategy, transformation and change.
Change Views offers a range of services all centred at the connection of strategy, execution and leadership development. We believe that results can be improved and sustained over time when strategic planning, transformation and change delivery and leadership development are worked on together. In fact, we believe this is necessary!
We have been asked why "Change Views" and why the '"impossible triangle" logo. The name reflects what we do. We help leaders change views - their own and the views of those around them. We also have strong views on change and believe that developing visions, strategies and plans etc can be expensive distractions unless the organisation's change efforts are consequently realigned. We work with leadership teams of all shapes and sizes to generate the conditions that realise big ambitions.
And why the logo? Well, the triangle is also the symbol for change: 'delta'. Sometimes ambitions can look impossible to achieve but here at Change Views we believe that with well crafted strategies, robust execution / transformation plans and deep leadership alignment, great things can be achieved...
