Building better work relationships requires an understanding of self and of those you are working with.  There are many tools out there: MBTI, DISC, Belbin, Enneagram and so on.   All are useful but we work with Insights as we have consistently found it to be elegant in its simplicity.

It is easy to understand, very memorable and so easy to keep in mind and put to use. 

Insights is a psychometric tool based on the psychology of Carl Jung, and it is built to help people understand themselves, understand others, and make the most of the relationships that affect them in the workplace.  It uses a four colour model to help people understand their style, their strengths and the value they bring to the team.
