
After a career in information rich, service based industries including banking & finance, cards & payments and higher education, Mark has taken his passion for executable strategies, leadership team performance and leadership resilience and started Change Views.
Mark’s experience includes being the marketing director of a £400m global higher education organisation, a transformation programme director delivering digital transformation and head of strategy for a global cards and payments provider.
He has led executive teams in the development of business strategies, delivered transformation programmes that out perform business cases, led organisational change and development programmes, transformed digital and data capabilities and has worked with both high performing leadership teams and those in crisis.
