Mark Young (FInstLM)
After a career in information rich, service based industries including banking & finance, cards & payments and higher education, Mark has taken his passion for executable strategies, leadership team performance and leadership resilience and started Change Views.
Mark’s experience includes being the marketing director of a £400m global higher education organisation, a transformation programme director delivering digital transformation and head of strategy for a global cards and payments provider.
He has led executive teams in the development of business strategies, delivered transformation programmes that out perform business cases, led organisational change and development programmes, transformed digital and data capabilities and has worked with both high performing leadership teams and those in crisis.
A people leader, executive coach, team facilitator and commercial director, Mark’s mission is to help leaders thrive and organisations increase value.
Ian Ross
Ian is a facilitator, consultant and executive coach with 30 years’ experience of working at Board and Senior Executive level. His clients include blue-chip companies, charities, NGOs and Government departments spanning the UK, Europe, the Middle East, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Americas.
He offers a rare combination of expertise drawn from extensive practical experience of negotiation and conflict resolution models from the Harvard Law School, alongside change management, systems / complexity thinking and human leadership studies. His ability to establish and maintain highly effective relationships under very challenging conditions enables breakthrough results to be achieved.
Ian is one of the few people in the world to be accredited as a Master Trainer and Coach Trainer by the International NLP Trainers’ Association (INLPTA).
Lynne Kerry
Lynne has been working as an international trainer, facilitator and coach since 1986 and during that time has designed, developed and delivered hundreds of courses, across many different industry sectors, for all levels of personnel, in more than a dozen countries worldwide – including projects in the UK and Ireland, both Western and Eastern Europe and West Africa.
As a direct result of the people and situations she has encountered during her long and varied career Lynne is passionate about enabling organisations, teams and individuals to reach their goals and develop their full potential. She achieves this through an ability to build and maintain high levels of rapport and strong, trusting relationships – even under the most challenging circumstances.
Lynne is internationally accredited as a Master Practitioner, Coach Practitioner and Certified Trainer of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
